Every Scatterproof product is an instantly downloadable PDF. The moment you complete checkout, you get the file. Because of that, we don't offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase is made.

This is standard for digital goods, and it's how we're able to keep prices low and ship free updates to every past buyer forever.

If something is actually broken

If your download link doesn't work, the file is corrupted, or you were charged twice, that's on us. Email hello@scatterproof.store within 14 days of your order with your order number and we'll fix it — usually within one business day.

Free updates, forever

When we improve a pack, every past buyer gets the new version at no extra cost. You never need to “repurchase” a Scatterproof system.

Chargebacks

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please email us first. Nine times out of ten it's a missing email or a typo, and we can fix it in a few minutes.
