1. What you're buying
Scatterproof sells downloadable, printable PDF systems designed for adults with ADHD. When you complete checkout, you receive a license to download, print, and use the PDF for your own personal use, on as many of your own devices and printers as you like, forever.
2. What you can't do with it
You can't resell, redistribute, sublicense, repackage, or upload our PDFs to file-sharing or AI training platforms. You can't strip our branding off and pass it off as your own. Be cool.
3. Not advice
Scatterproof is an organization tool. It is not medical, mental-health, financial, tax, or legal advice. The science callouts in the PDFs are explanatory background, not a treatment plan. If you need professional support, please talk to a professional.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by Shopify and their payment partners. We never see or store your full card details. Pricing is in USD unless otherwise noted.
5. Refunds
All sales are final. Because Scatterproof products are instantly downloadable digital files, we don't offer refunds. See our return policy for the full version.
6. Liability
Scatterproof is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to these products will not exceed what you paid for them.
7. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version always lives on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top.
